實驗室師生參加第一届中國生物物理學會代謝組學分會年會暨2019代謝組學國際研討會
第一届中國生物物理學會代謝組學分會年會暨2019代謝組學國際研討會于2019年4月18日-21日在上海召開。 重點實驗室主任蔡宗葦教授，研究助理教授洪燕君博士， 博士後研究員趙洪芝博士， 博士研究生謝佩斯、蘇秀麗等一行五人參加了會議。
蔡宗葦教授做了題爲Mass Spectrometry-based metabolomics study on human rheumatoid arthritis的邀請報告; 洪燕君博士展示了題爲Metabolic reprogramming in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma的墻報；趙洪芝博士做了題爲“基于質譜的妊娠糖尿病代謝組學縱向隊列研究”的口頭報告， 博士研究生謝佩斯、蘇秀麗分別做了prenatal exposure to ambient fine particulate matter induces dysregulations of lipid metabolism in adipose tissue in male offspring 和characterization of linkage between biotin and rheumatoid arthritis的口頭報告。
其中， 洪燕君博士獲得“優秀墻報獎”博士研究生謝佩斯獲得“優秀青年口頭報告獎”。
