Professor Cai Zongwei has been named to the Analytical Scientist Power List 2020
The Power List celebrates the top 10 analytical science researchers from every continent who are nominated by their peers, and Professor Cai is the only recipient from a university in Hong Kong.
The major research interest of Professor Cai is method development and applications of chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry for trace analysis in complex systems such as environment, food and biological matrices, with focus on metabolomics and proteomics research on human health and diseases.
